Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction
- Meet and greet customers, resolve queries, and conduct site show-arounds.
- Build long-term relationships through consistent communication.
- Documentation Management
- Verify booking documents, log entries in CRM software, and issue allotment letters.
- Guide clients through sale deeds, stamp duty payments, and registration processes.
- Payment Coordination
- Send payment intimations and demand letters on time.
- Follow up on dues, manage defaults, and ensure receipts are dispatched promptly.
- Project Updates
- Communicate construction progress and possession timelines.
- Coordinate with site teams for handover and update customer records.
- Customer Service
- Handle complaints efficiently and maintain high service standards.
- Provide personalized support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports on collections and customer interactions for management.
Candidates must be fluent in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
