Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head will lead strategic business development
initiatives, manage key client relationships, drive regional revenue growth, and mentor the
sales team for high-value lighting and automation projects.

Strategic Sales Drive regional business growth and revenue strategy
Key Accounts Manage relaƟonships with top architects, consultants, hotel chains,
and developers
Team Leadership Lead and mentor the regional sales team
Project
Management Oversee high-value commercial and hospitality projects
Business Expansion Identify new markets, channels, and strategic partnerships
Revenue Planning Prepare forecasts, budgets, and growth plans
Brand Representation
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
