Modicle Studios is a dynamic Integrated Marketing Communication company specializing in end-to-end digital and social media solutions. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead strategy, execution, and client engagement across multiple social media projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Management of social media projects for multiple clients.
- Content Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms.
- Client Engagement & Management: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Social Media Calendar Management: Plan and schedule monthly content calendars aligned with client goals.
- Competitor & Market Research: Analyze client industries, audiences, and competitors to refine strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Generate monthly reports and provide insights on performance and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, copy, strategy) to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of total work experience, preferably in a Marketing Communication Agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts and manage project timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
