Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and develop strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing sales activities while ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure CRM systems and reporting tools are updated with accurate sales data.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3–7 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
- Industry Experience: Industrial Equipment, Textile Machinery, Capital Goods, B2B, and related sectors.
- Language Known : Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, English
