As a Business Development Executive at Benchil, your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and onboard new clients and jobseekers, high-growth startups, and talent acquisition partners. You will champion the value of a pre-vetted AI talent pool, demonstrating how Benchil reduces initial screening times and accelerates hiring velocity for engineering and product managers
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Proactively identify and prospect potential B2B clients (startups, mid-market, and enterprise tech companies) needing specialized AI, ML, and tech infrastructure talent.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute strategic outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to connect with technical hiring managers, VPs of Engineering, and HR leaders.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and walkthroughs of the Benchil platform, showing prospective clients how our AI-driven resume scoring and vetting process works.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique hiring pain points of technical leaders and position Benchil’s curated talent pool as the ultimate solution to reduce time-to-hire.
- Deal Closure & Onboarding: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and final sign-off, ensuring a smooth transition to our talent acquisition team.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on hiring trends within Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Software Infrastructure to effectively align our offerings with market demand.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Tech Staffing/Recruiting agency environments.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build immediate rapport and credibility over cold outreach and video calls.
- Drive & Resilience: A self-motivated closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by targets and performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
