Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for multiple branch offices. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems to ensure smooth branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to branch users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose basic hardware issues related to RAM, SSD/HDD, SMPS, motherboard, and other components.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Install and support business applications.
- Perform OS installation, software installation, and basic data backup.
- Provide remote support to branch users.
- Maintain IT asset records.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs when required.
- Travel to branches for on-site support as needed.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed any one of the following degrees:
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
- B.Sc. Computer Science
- B.Sc. Information Technology (IT)
- B.E./B.Tech. Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
- B.E./B.Tech. Information Technology (IT)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
