Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage, monitor inventory control, ensure safety compliance, and streamline logistics processes to optimize efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid operational knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts; ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and proper equipment operation (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Logistics & Coordination: Work closely with drivers, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in warehouse workflows and recommend solutions to improve throughput and cost-efficiency.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
