We're Hiring | Junior Maintenance Engineer – Electrical

We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer – Electrical with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Maintain electrical panels, motors, drives, MCCs, and control systems.
- Inspect and maintain electrical wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for reliability.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and equipment records.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
- Experience with motors, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Basic understanding of PLC systems is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electrical Engineering.
