Business Development Manager – Engineering Services (International Sales)

Note: Strong front-end/client-facing experience with international clients is mandatory.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong front-end (client-facing) experience in engineering services. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience engaging with international clients (USA/Canada/UAE/Europe) and a proven ability to drive business growth through direct client interaction, lead generation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in engineering services
- Engage directly with international clients (USA/Canada/UAE/Europe) for business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in EPC, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored engineering service solutions
- Drive complete front-end sales cycle – from lead generation, client meetings, proposal, to deal closure
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mandatory)
- 5–8 years of experience in client-facing sales/business development in engineering services
- Proven experience working with international clients (USA/Canada/UAE/Europe markets)
- Strong exposure to EPC / manufacturing / industrial clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage client interactions and sales cycles
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Preferred Experience
- Experience in solution-based selling for engineering or industrial services
- Exposure to manufacturing improvement / engineering optimization projects
- Strong understanding of commercial models, proposals, and contract negotiations
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
