Graphic Designer

About the Role
At Cabra, we bring creative ideas to life across a wide range of formats. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can craft user-centric designs by thoughtfully integrating marketing objectives, target audience insights, and proven design patterns into every piece of work. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of our Hyderabad office.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain a high standard of creative design, ensuring only your best work makes it out the door.
- Meet and exceed client business objectives tied to each product or design.
- Uphold brand consistency and a strong customer experience by working within established brand style guidelines.
- Apply creative execution best practices to deliver high-quality work at high volume, on time.
- Independently manage your own work queue and own the design process end-to-end, collaborating proactively with the creative team, client servicing, print production, digital teams, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Continuously look for ways to improve existing designs and explore creative solutions, even under tight deadlines.
What We're Looking For
You bring strong intrinsic design ability, sharp typographic skills, and a keen eye for detail, along with the ability to juggle multiple projects and large volumes of creative work.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- Intermediate to advanced command of design principles, including typography, composition, scale, and color theory, and a clear understanding of how they work together.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a plus.
