Customer Support Associate – Insurance Process

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to insurance products and services
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Update customer records and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
- 6 Days Working
Note: No cab facility or travel allowance is provided.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
