Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Plasma/OXY Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain CNC plasma cutting machines at customer locations. The candidate should be technically strong, able to troubleshoot problems, and provide good customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of CNC Plasma cutting machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and CNC controller issues
- Handle breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance
- Set and check machine parameters for different materials
- Assist customers with machine operation and basic training
- Coordinate with office team for service reports and spare parts
- Travel to customer sites as required
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in CNC Plasma cutting machines
- Good knowledge of:
- Plasma power source
- CNC controller & drives
- Electrical panels and wiring
- Motors, encoders, limit switches
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / DXF file handling (added advantage)
- Ability to set machine parameters and solve cutting quality issues
- Good problem-solving skills
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
- 1–5 years of experience in CNC Plasma service (Freshers with training can also apply)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
