Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning, design, and execution of civil projects.
- Supervise site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth workflow.
- Conduct structural analysis, risk assessment, and resolve technical challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee documentation/reporting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in construction management, structural design, and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
