Position: Team Leader – Broadband Sales
Location: Barrackpore & Kolkata
Salary: Up to 4 LPA
Experience Required:
Minimum 3–4 years of team handling experience in Broadband Sales / Telecom Sales.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader for our Broadband Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives/FOS, driving broadband sales, achieving targets, and ensuring team productivity in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the broadband sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and field performance of team members.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and market penetration.
Ensure proper lead generation and conversion through field activities.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the team.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer onboarding and service activation.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
Need to build his own team.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of broadband/telecom (ISP) sales operations.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle field sales operations effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Candidates from Telecom/Broadband/ISP industry will be preferred.

Experience in handling field sales teams.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Strong local market knowledge and customer handling capability.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Off Role)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
