The position demands continuous evaluation of security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of cloud security strategies to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure security policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of security architecture and operational best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Penetration Testing.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and compliance requirements related to cloud security.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate security concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.
