Role: Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary)
Location: Alphakids, Near Ratri Bazar, L&T Circle, Vadodara
Salary: ₹10,000 per month

We are looking for a caring, patient, and experienced caregiver to join our pre-primary team. The ideal candidate will create a warm, nurturing environment and support early childhood development through play-based learning.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support for children (ages 2–5).
- Plan and assist in simple activities, stories, songs, and routines.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the classroom.
- Communicate with parents about children’s progress and daily updates.
- Work as part of a team and follow school policies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in pre-primary or nursery teaching/caregiving (freshers with relevant certificates may apply).
- Early childhood education certificate, Montessori/CDA/Playgroup training, or equivalent is a plus.
- Caring attitude, patience, good communication skills in Hindi/English, and punctuality.
