Role Summary
The Painter is responsible for painting, polishing, surface preparation, touch-up work, and maintenance of painted surfaces within the premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out wall painting, touch-up, putty work, and polishing activities.
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and cleaning before painting.
- Apply primer, paint, texture, or coating as instructed.
- Perform minor crack filling and surface finishing work.
- Mix paints and maintain proper color matching.
- Protect furniture, flooring, and nearby equipment during painting work.
- Maintain painting tools, brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Ensure work completion with proper finishing and cleanliness.
- Follow safety guidelines while working at height or handling chemicals.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of paint materials, polishing, and surface preparation.
- Ability to use painting tools and equipment effectively.
- Attention to detail and finishing quality.
Safety Requirements
- Use masks, gloves, safety belts, and PPE wherever required.
- Follow ladder and height safety procedures during painting work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
