We are hiring a field Sales Executive to join our team. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients. Freshers can also apply.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
- New leads generated.
- Lead-to-order conversion rate.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Customer retention rate.
- Timely submission of reports and CRM updates.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations as per company guidelines.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily sales and visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Represent the company professionally and follow company policies during all customer interactions
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), visit reports, and expense reports.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
