- Assist in managing daily Front Office operations.
- Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
- Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain hotel standards, policies, and SOP compliance.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS/IDS software and MS Office.
- Excellent guest service orientation and team management abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
