The Role
We are looking for an IGCSE English Teacher who can go beyond textbooks and exams—someone who can bring literature and language alive, while ensuring strong academic outcomes.
This role requires balancing:
- Conceptual understanding and exam readiness
- Creative expression and structured writing
- Student voice and curriculum goals
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Delivery
- Teach IGCSE English (Language & Literature) aligned with Cambridge standards
- Prepare students for board examinations with clarity and confidence
- Develop strong skills in reading, writing, analysis, and interpretation
- Guide students in structured responses, essays, and exam techniques
Classroom Practice
- Create an engaging, discussion-based classroom environment
- Encourage critical thinking, interpretation, and personal response
- Use diverse texts—fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and media
- Support varied learners through differentiated instruction
Student Development
- Build students’ confidence in communication—written and spoken
- Encourage independent thinking and originality in responses
- Provide constructive, detailed feedback for continuous improvement
Assessment & Tracking
- Conduct regular assessments aligned with IGCSE format
- Track student progress and provide actionable insights
- Support students in improving performance through targeted guidance
Community & Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning
- Contribute to school activities such as literary events, debates, and writing programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English or related field
- Experience teaching IGCSE English (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Cambridge assessment patterns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹10,019.54 - ₹30,444.90 per month
