Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, develop, and oversee residential, commercial, and institutional construction projects. The Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and design specifications.
- Assist the project team during construction and resolve site-related design issues.
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Support the procurement team in selecting suitable materials and finishes.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA) is preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects.

- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,910.04 - ₹52,468.77 per month
