Position: Planning Engineer – Civil
Location: Tuticorin
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3–8 Years
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Roll Employment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking reports
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of activities
- Coordinate with site teams, project managers, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
- Analyze project delays and provide recovery plans
- Maintain project documentation and MIS reports
- Ensure project execution aligns with planned schedules and budgets
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in construction planning and project coordination
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel & reporting tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in building / infrastructure projects is an added advantage
