Job Summary:
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant with basic accounts and administrative knowledge to support daily operations of a real estate company..The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both office coordination and accounting-related tasks efficiently and should know about Rera Compliances as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries (vouchers, receipts, petty cash, purchase invoices etc.).
- Support in preparation of invoices, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with accountants for data entry, documentation, and reconciliation work.
- Reconcilliation of Customer and Vendors ledgers.
- Knowledge of TDS deduction from vendor bills.
- Maintain records of client payments and update reports regularly.
- Handle administrative work like filing, correspondence, and document management.
- Support the sales/admin team in booking forms, agreements, and data organization.
- Manage office supplies, courier, and general coordination tasks.

Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts or administrative roles (Builder’s / Real Estate office preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally / Excel / ERP preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Must be Hardworking, sincere and committed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
