Job Title : Lift Technician
Job Location : South America Guyana
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install lift systems including guide rails, car frames, counterweights, drive machines, control panels, and door operators as per manufacturer and project drawings.
- Carry out electrical and mechanical connections for traction, hydraulic, and machine-room-less (MRL) lift systems.
- Perform pre-commissioning checks, load testing, safety device testing, and final commissioning of lift installations.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on lifts, escalators, and dumbwaiters per scheduled intervals.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in lift systems promptly.
- Inspect and test safety components: overspeed governors, buffers, safety gears, door interlocks, and limit switches.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
