About the job:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients in assigned areas. The role focuses on client retention, maintaining and growing product-wise sales, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction across Glutape's product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage relationships with clients in assigned areas and ensure high customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain and increase product-wise sales within the existing customer base.
3. Track and analyze customer purchasing trends and sales performance for each product.
4. Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities across the company's product portfolio.
5. Maintain accurate CRM records, including client interactions, sales data, and follow-ups.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to client retention, sales growth, and overall performance.
7. Coordinate with the business development team for smooth onboarding and retention of clients.
8. Attend product and sales training sessions as required.

Other requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. 0.5 to 1 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
3. Candidates with experience in B2B environments will be preferred.
4. Freshers with excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of Excel, and a good understanding of numbers (simple mathematical calculation) are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
