Receptionist / Front Office Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as required.
- Maintain visitor logs, records, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and leads through phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Convert incoming inquiries into appointments, consultations, or enrollments through effective communication.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records accurately.
- Track lead status and provide regular conversion reports to management.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support administrative and operational activities as assigned.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all generated leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead conversion and customer engagement targets.

Pay: ₹8,601.34 - ₹24,000.23 per month
Work Location: In person
