We are looking for an experienced US Solar Design Engineer/QC/ Managers to join our team! Preferable those who can join immediate.
· Complete 4 Design or 8QC for Roof Mount/Ground Mount, etc. residential solar projects, while maintaining a 100% quality standard.
· Ensure 100% efficiency in project design and execution.
· Review and/or develop site assessment data, including shading, structural, and electrical analysis, to inform final system designs.
· Create, review, and modify drawing sets using AutoCAD and custom software tools.
· Conduct engineering calculations and generate Bills of Materials (BOM).
· Research, document, and adhere to local and national code requirements in project jurisdictions.
· Possess in-depth knowledge of all photovoltaic (PV) equipment components and provide technical support as needed.
· Manage project workflow, meeting daily and weekly deliverables as outlined by the direct supervisor.
· Maintain prompt responsiveness to emails and phone calls, efficiently multitasking under tight deadlines.
· Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge transfer within the department.
· Maintain an error sheet to track and address any design discrepancies.
· Complete mandatory courses related to industry standards and products (e.g., Iron Ridge, Unirac).
· Continuously update design standards and templates to reflect industry best practices.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
