Role Overview
The Tele Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of telecallers, driving sales performance, monitoring targets, improving conversion rates, and ensuring the team consistently achieves business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team
- Monitor daily calling activities and sales performance
- Set targets and ensure team members achieve KPIs
- Train and mentor telecallers on sales techniques and communication skills
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue generation
- Track team productivity and prepare performance reports
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives
- Maintain high standards of customer interaction and service
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or sales management
- Previous experience managing a telesales team
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in basic CRM and reporting tools
- Hindi and English fluency is mandatory
