Student Counselor (Tele-caller)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Student Counselor (Tele-caller) with a strong focus on tele-sales, client communication, and lead conversion. The role involves engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and direct interactions while supporting business development activities such as expo presentations and client meetings.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert leads into potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tele-sales activities through inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective clients.
- Drive lead conversion through email communication (mail conversion) and follow-ups.
- Handle indoor client communication, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Support outdoor client communication, including client meetings and relationship building when required.
- Participate in expo, presentations, events, and promotional activities to represent the company and generate leads.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for counsellors and managers.
- Maintain call logs, lead tracking, and client records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth client communication.
- Manage front office responsibilities, including greeting visitors and maintaining a professional reception area.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong telesales and lead conversion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently handle client interactions both indoor and outdoor.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).
- Good presentation skills for expos and events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in tele-sales, tele-calling, customer engagement, or sales support is preferred.
- Experience in client presentations, events, or expo participation will be an added advantage.
