Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets across the assigned area.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business expansion.
- Support branch/location managers in achieving business objectives.
Operations Management
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all assigned locations.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
- Implement best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage branch/location managers and staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer service.
- Identify training and development needs within the team.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Address escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Financial Management
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability within the assigned area.
- Review financial reports and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize profitability.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, team performance, and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
