Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand presence. The role includes leading a team, working closely with sales, and ensuring achievement of defined business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for IVD products (reagents, consumables, instruments)
- Drive business growth and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Lead, manage, and guide the marketing team
- Assign targets, track performance, and ensure team productivity
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand activities
- Generate leads and support conversion along with sales team
- Build relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and key customers
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives and campaign performance

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, MLT, B.Pharm)
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in IVD / diagnostics / pharma marketing
- Prior team handling experience preferred
Compensation & Other Details:
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Travel: Required across Chhattisgarh for field marketing, customer meetings, and team coordination
