Job Responsibility,
- Creating & Managing Product Catalogs/Inventory.
- Managing/Updating Orders, Inventory & Returns.
- Data Entry in Excel with strong knowledge of Excel formulas.
- Reconciliation and Verification of purchase order and Invoices.
- Keep track and monitor online orders/ returns/ refunds done on the eyewear labs website
- Manage system and physical transfer of stocks to fulfil customer orders and returns received from customers
- Monitor discounts and promo offers on customer orders
- Excellent in Ms Word and Excel skills.
- Managing, Creating & Updating Online and Offline Documentation ( Word, Excel)
- Engage With Customers on CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE on regular basis

- Good in English; Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- computer skills utilizing Windows, MS Office, MS Paint, Gmail and Google Drive.

- Problem solving initiative and willingness to ask questions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
