Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting Shero Home Food products, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, offers, and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Update customer details and sales records in the system.
- Coordinate with delivery and support teams for smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Tamil and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and team player mindset.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
