Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing team. This role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in business development with opportunities for growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets for the company’s products/services.
Client Outreach: Assist in initiating contact with potential clients via emails, calls, and networking platforms.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and prospect information.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead conversion rates and sales activities to the senior management.
Event Participation: Represent the company at business events, trade shows, and networking opportunities when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with a keen interest in learning and growing within the organization.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
