Role Objective:
To grow Instagram & YouTube and generate quality leads (students) for our psychology courses.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow Instagram & YouTube channels
* Create & execute content strategy (Reels, Shorts, Videos)
* Increase followers, engagement & reach
* Generate leads via DM / WhatsApp funnel
* Optimize bio, captions, hashtags & SEO
* Track performance & improve conversions
Must Have Skills:
* Proven experience in Instagram & YouTube growth
* Understanding of reels/shorts algorithms
* Content planning + basic video editing
* Knowledge of lead generation strategies
* Psychology/education niche experience (bonus)
