Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for IT and non-IT roles, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and manage the complete hiring process.
- Negotiate salary packages and release offer letters.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Assist in employee performance review and appraisal activities.
- Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
Payroll & Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll and salary processing.
- Maintain attendance and payroll-related records.
- Support salary revisions, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure HR policies are followed across the organization.
Required Skills
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HRMS software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualification
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, B.A., or any Graduate with HR specialization.
- Experience: 1–5 years in HR, preferably in an IT/Software/SaaS company.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience hiring Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Support, and other IT professionals.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
