Position: Maintenance Manager – University and infrastructure
Location: Adalaj, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Manager to oversee campus facilities, infrastructure, and maintenance operations. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, and utility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance activities
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing & utility systems
- Lead maintenance team & supervise contractors
- Ensure safety & statutory compliance
- Handle emergency response & facility operations
- Manage maintenance budget & inventory
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
- 5–10 years of relevant experience (campus/large facility preferred)
- Strong technical & leadership skills
