About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have worked in digital marketing agencies and/or e-commerce brands, with strong expertise in managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable business growth.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating closely with the creative and content teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads(Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Perform audience research, segmentation, and remarketing to maximize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while ensuring maximum ROI.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to develop high-performing creatives and ad copies.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform updates, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
SEO Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Execute on-page SEO optimization for websites and landing pages.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Coordinate with content teams to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Understand technical SEO fundamentals and recommend improvements where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
- Prior experience working with Digital Marketing Agencies and/ or E-commerce Brands is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
1. Meta Ads Manager
2. Google Ads
3. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
4. Google Tag Manager (GTM)
5. Google Search Console
- Working knowledge of SEO (On-page SEO, Keyword Research, Technical SEO basics).
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is preferred.
- Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
