The ERP Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's ERP system to ensure smooth day-to- day operations across departments. The role includes data management, user support, report generations, troubleshooting, coordinate with departments, and maintaining accuracy in ERP records.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and maintain ERP software and related databases.
- Handle data entry, updates, and verification in the ERP system.
- Provide technical and functional support to employees/users.
- Coordinate with departments for ERP-related requirements and issue resolution.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from the ERP systems.
- Monitor attendance, payroll, students/ staff records , inventory, or other ERP modules as applicable.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and system security.
- Assist in ERP implementation, customization, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues and coordinate with vendors if required.
- Train staff/users on ERP usage and processes.
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA or related fields.
- Knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
- Good computer proficiency including MS Excel and database handling.

Experience:-
- 3 years of ERP handling experience preferred.
