Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Drive lead generation activities with a strong focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and marketing collateral.
Develop compelling case studies, customer success stories, LinkedIn content, banners, and branding assets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather customer success stories and transform them into impactful marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
Lead and guide the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and achievement of business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
Experience using Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking tools.
Proven expertise in MQL generation and digital demand-generation campaigns.
Excellent content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Experience creating case studies, success stories, LinkedIn content, banners, and other marketing collateral.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and lead a team effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in IT Services marketing environments.
Exposure to branding, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
