We are hiring an experienced ERP Functional Consultant for a well-established, globally recognized retail organization with extensive business operations and a strong focus on digital transformation.
The role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale ERP initiatives, supporting business functions across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Business requirement gathering & process analysis
✅ Prepare BRDs, FRSs, functional specifications & process flows
✅ ERP implementation, configuration, enhancement & optimization
✅ Functional testing, SIT & UAT
✅ Issue tracking, validation, retesting & deployment support
✅ ERP user support, training & documentation
✅ Coordinate with business users, developers, IT teams & vendors
✅ Support ERP integrations, data migration & system enhancements
✅ Contribute to ERP governance, change management & continuous improvement

Candidate Profile
