Job Overview
FlyTalks Overseas is urgently hiring a skilled and passionate PTE Trainer to join our coaching center in Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with an excellent command of spoken and written English who can deliver high-quality training to students preparing for the Pearson Test of English (PTE) and planning to study abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and one-on-one training sessions for PTE students.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, mock tests, and updated study materials.
- Assess students’ performance and provide personalized feedback with improvement strategies.
- Monitor student progress and help them achieve their target score.
- Stay updated with the latest PTE exam patterns and syllabus changes.
- Maintain a motivating, disciplined, and student-friendly learning environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTE Trainer.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Professional, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification required).
- PTE certification preferred.
- Prior experience at an overseas education consultancy or coaching institute will be an advantage.
