We are looking for a candidate for Stock Verification, Branch Audit, and Physical Verification activities. The candidate should have good analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Candidates must be comfortable traveling across India, as the role involves visiting client locations for internal audit assignments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical stock verification at branches, warehouses, and client locations.
- Perform branch audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify inventory records with physical stock and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare stock audit reports and submit findings to management.
- Maintain proper documentation of verification and audit activities.
- Coordinate with branch teams for stock reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Check inward/outward stock movement and inventory controls.
- Assist in surprise audits and periodic stock checking.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory counting and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock audit procedures.
- Ability to travel for branch visits and audits.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats.
- Ability to work independently and within timelines.
