Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Optometrist to join our Raipur store all over across Chhattisgarh . The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, providing accurate vision assessments, and guiding customers toward the right eyewear solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision testing for customers
- Perform refraction and assess visual acuity accurately
- Recommend appropriate lenses and eyewear based on individual eye conditions and prescriptions
- Educate customers on eye health, hygiene, and proper eyewear usage
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of eye examinations and customer prescriptions
- Stay updated on the latest optometry practices and eyewear technology
Required Qualifications:
- B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry (mandatory)
- Valid certification/registration as applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a customer-first approach
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a retail optical store is a plus
- Basic knowledge of optical equipment and instruments
