Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive (Lead Generation) with strong experience in client acquisition and sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in presenting services, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and driving consistent business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and outbound sales activities
- Pitch and sell digital marketing and recruitment services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close deals
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and improve conversions
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client servicing
- Support business growth initiatives by contributing to sales and expansion strategies
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing, recruitment, IT services, or agency environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals successfully
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting processes
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to perform under pressure
- Professional approach with strong client relationship management skills
