Experience - Min. 4+ years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing setup.
Salary - Upto 4.8 LPA CTC + Food + Accommodation
Location - Mundra (Gujarat)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sr Engineer - Electrical Maintenance Manager to support the efficient and reliable operation of all electrical systems and equipment within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance systems, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the electrical maintenance team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all electrical equipment and systems.
* Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in machinery, control panels, drives, motors, PLCs, and automation systems.
* Monitor and maintain power distribution systems, lighting systems, and backup power (generators, UPS).
* Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
* Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
* Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
* Support in capital projects, equipment upgrades, and installations.
* Train and guide junior electricians and technicians.
* Liaise with external vendors for service contracts, AMCs, and procurement of critical spares.
* Drive energy-saving initiatives and improvements in plant electrical systems.
SKILLS
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, PLCs, VFDs, HT/LT systems, and industrial automation.
* Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
* Good knowledge of safety regulations, electrical codes, and standards.
