Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer relationships, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce.
- Track sales data, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Manage documentation and filing related to sales activities.
- Maintain customer pricing, contracts, and order history.
- Follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and changes.
- Handle customer queries related to product specs, samples, and approvals.
- Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Communicate sales updates and changes across departments.
- Monitor sales targets and help track KPIs.
- Organize sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Support lead management and follow-up processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Excel, and reporting systems.
