Work profile as per our requirements
1. *Role*: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats and resolve customer queries.
2. *Support*: Address complaints, product/service issues and provide accurate information.
3. *Order Management*: Assist with booking, tracking, returns, and after-sales support.
4. *CRM Updates*: Log all interactions and maintain updated customer records in CRM.
5. *Coordination*: Work with sales, tech, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
6. *Feedback*: Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
7. *experience*: Meet KPIs like response time, CSAT, and first-call resolution rate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
