Role: Retail Merchandiser
Location: Noida, Sector 83
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end merchandising operations across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs)
- Manage stock replenishment and maintain optimal inventory levels across all retail formats
- Support the buying process by analysing product trends, sales history, and customer preferences
- Conduct regular data analysis to drive merchandise planning and buying decisions
- Coordinate with store teams, warehouse, and central operations to ensure inventory accuracy and stock alignment
- Monitor sell-through rates to identify fast- and slow-moving styles and suggest corrective actions
- Handle inter-store stock transfers and ensure timely product availability at all touchpoints
- Oversee website merchandising, including product uploads, categorisation, and visual presentation
- Assist in setting up events and pop-ups, including travel for visual merchandising and execution
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock movement, and buying performance to senior management
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and retail data tools
- Solid understanding of buying cycles, inventory management, and merchandising principles
- Excellent coordination, communication.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Open to travel for retail events, store audits, and pop-up activations

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,146.99 per month
