Job Description
We are looking for strong Technical Project Managers to lead offshore execution for large-scale enterprise programs aligned to architecture-driven initiatives (.NET and Node/React + Gen AI platforms).
This role requires end-to-end delivery ownership, strong technical understanding, and the ability to drive programs from red to green, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery execution from offshore for large enterprise programs
- Understand functional and technical requirements and translate into execution plans
- Ensure zero / minimal milestone slippage through proactive tracking and governance
- Drive accelerated delivery leveraging AI tools and accelerators
- Identify risks early and implement strong risk mitigation strategies
- Lead program governance, status reporting, and milestone tracking
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps)
- Drive legacy modernization / migration programs (critical requirement)
- Partner with architects to ensure design-to-delivery alignment
- Work closely with onshore stakeholders and customers
- Ensure proactive communication, escalations, and resolution management
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in:
- Technical project/program management (15+ years)
- Managing large enterprise application delivery
- Good technical understanding of:
- .NET / Node / Full Stack architectures
- Microservices, APIs, and modern architecture concepts
- Expertise in:
- Schedule management & milestone tracking
- Risk management & mitigation
- Stakeholder communication & governance
- Experience in:
- Legacy system modernization / migration programs
- Agile / SAFe delivery models
- Strong experience in:
- Driving recovery programs (red green execution)
